About Payment Plan

Payment Plan was developed out of necessity; to solve a business problem.

The company’s owners were owed quite a lot of money in another business that was made up of lots of small debts. Their credit control department had commented on how many people wanted to set up payment by instalments which was managed through a diary note for the credit controller. Not very efficient and liable to be missed, get forgotten or break, not to mention costly.

Finding this out, our entrepreneurial CEO briefed his ideas about automating a payment plan system into his Development Team and got his team of data and marketing gurus to put together a communications programme, designed to encourage people to pay what’s due. Eventually we got Payment Plan and haven’t looked back.

Outstanding invoices that had been with at least 2 debt collection agencies started to roll in without any intervention from the collections team and 36% was collected within 6 months.
